Apologies for the late posting today. I was working on another project this afternoon and it took longer than I expected. This post was actually going to be a rerun but then as it was in the old format and needed to be tidied up, I decided to add some extra pictures. I first posted it in June 2014. By the way, the featured image today is an AI generated picture because my internet is playing up and it was taking forever to upload the photo I wanted to use. I might fix it later.
Today’s Friday Girl is Hillary Duff. The Hillary Duff dolls were released in the mid 2000’s. As I recall there were a couple of different versions of her. Here is mine in her original outfit including her little dog in a carrier basket.
Mattel also produced several Hillary Duff Fashion Fever Closets. Here are two of them which I’m sure you will remember from the Fashion Fever Closet series. I really love the fashions and wish I could have collected more of them.
The Hillary Duff doll is a shorter doll and from memory I think she has the “hobbit” body. I can’t say whether or not she is a good likeness because until these dolls came out, I had never heard of her.
